'April Pledge' for a Drugs-Free Country
A programme to take the 'April Pledge' aiming at creating a Drug-Free Country in line with Drug Prevention National Programme was held at Mahawilachchiya Divisional Secretariat premises in 03rd April 2019 under the patronage of Mahawilachchiya Divisional Secretary, Mr. E.R. Thilakarathna.Staff of the divisional secretariat attended the event.
